Landed Gently Signed by Alan Hunter First Edition Cassell 1957. Association copy. A fine book that has only light foxing to page edges and offsetting from dust jacket to endpapers. Covers are completely unblemished, square and tight. Silver lettering still very bright. Dust jacket is fine with no creasing or closed tears. Not price clipped and completely unfaded. INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR to ffep: "1957/ October 28th/ For Mr and Mrs Charles Cubitt/ from Alan H". From the Library of Alan Hunter. Charles Cubitt was Hunter's father in law and owner of Charles Cubitt, booksellers in Norwich where Hunter managed the antiquarian books department between 1946 and 1950.
